All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San José, Costa Rica.

No Class Actions

Disputes must be resolved individually. No class actions or representative claims are permitted.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BTNET.
If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
We may assign these Terms freely.
Force majeure events (e.g. outages, disasters) excuse performance.
