Strive Asset Management, LLC, a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Strive and an SEC-registered investment adviser, manages over $2 billion in assets under management (“AUM”) across 13 exchange-traded funds, collective investment trusts, and a direct indexing platform.

Matt Cole

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Matt Cole is the CEO and Chairman of Strive. A longtime Bitcoin investor and having spent 15 years at CalPERS overseeing over $70B in fixed income, Mr. Cole has extensive experience in institutional asset management and brings a long-term, investor-focused perspective to Strive.

Chief Financial Officer and Board Member

As Strive's first executive, Ben Pham helped build Strive from inception in 2022. Formerly at Roivant, Citigroup, and Chief of Staff to Vivek Ramaswamy, he brings a combination of operational leadership, financial insight, and corporate transactions expertise to his role as CFO.

Chief Legal Officer and Board Member

Logan Beirne is a Yale Law professor, award-winning author, and entrepreneur. A former CEO, attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell, and banker at J.P. Morgan, he brings deep legal, finance, and business expertise to his role as Chief Legal Officer of Strive.
