Strategy disclosed it has purchased an additional 1,287 bitcoin, continuing its steady accumulation strategy and reinforcing its position as the world’s largest corporate holder of the cryptocurrency.

Executive Chairman Michael Saylor said the purchase increased Strategy’s bitcoin reserves to 673,783 BTC. The company also reported a $62 million increase in U.S. dollar reserves, bringing its cash position to $2.25 billion.

The latest acquisition follows a series of purchases made in late December, a period in which Strategy accounted for the vast majority of corporate bitcoin buying activity, according to data compiled by BitcoinTreasuries.net. While overall public-company demand for bitcoin slowed toward year-end, Strategy continued to add to its holdings in smaller, incremental tranches.

BitcoinTreasuries.net data shows that Strategy dominated December corporate bitcoin purchases, adding tens of thousands of BTC during the month and dwarfing acquisitions made by other public companies. The firm’s scale has increasingly made its buying activity a key driver of corporate-treasury bitcoin trends.

The latest buy continues a year of active purchases for the world’s largest corporate bitcoin holder. Throughout 2025, Strategy disclosed dozens of acquisitions — ranging from small weekly buys to large multi-thousand BTC transactions — financed primarily through at-the-market equity offerings.
