Malta, Oct. 14, 2024. Samara Asset Group (ISIN: MT0001770107; Ticker: SRAG:GR) today announces it has mandated Pareto Securities as Sole Manager to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings. An up to €30m senior secured Nordic bond (the “Bond”) may follow subject to, inter alia, market conditions.
The proceeds from the Bond are intended to expand Samara’s diversified investment portfolio by acquiring additional limited partnership stakes in alternative investment funds as well as increase its position in Bitcoin, which Samara uses as its primary treasury reserve asset.
